We are looking for a dedicated two Primary Teachers to join our growing team at Avanti Fields!
In this role, you will take responsibility for the learning, progress, and welfare of your pupils, delivering a rich and engaging curriculum that promotes achievement for all.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external partners, you will foster a positive, inclusive environment rooted in mutual respect and the highest professional standards.

Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith-designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018, and first intake of Nursery and Reception students in September 2022. The school is rapidly expanding and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.

What will you do?
- Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.
- Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behaviour, and promote student well-being.
- Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.

What are we looking for?
- Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
- Able to work independently, collaboratively and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents and carers
- Ability to create and maintain professional working relationships
