Salary: Grade 6, £28,565 - £30,390 per annum pro rata. Approximate pro rata £24,104 - £25,644 per annum (0.84383 FTE)
About us and the role
We are currently looking to appoint an Exams Officer who will have responsibility for a range of activities associated with the recording, reporting and administration of all exams data concerning students
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience of working in an exams office or as an exams officer in a school environment.
Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018. The school is rapidly expanding and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.

What will you do?
- Provide SLT with exam schedules and update the school website and other systems.
- Line manage the Invigilators and ensure they carry out their essential daily duties during exams.
- Support the management users and permissions within ARBOR and other key Trust systems.
- Collate information and statistics and prepare reports as required by the Business Support Manager, SLT & Principal.
